Please help us welcome Chris Philips to The Bloc's Board of Directors.
Chris Phillips is a visionary, dynamic, compassionate business leader. As North End Teleservice's (NET) chief operating officer, Chris manages day-to-day operations for the No. 6 fastest-growing organization in Nebraska, according to the 2021 Inc. 5000. He is one of the youngest chief operating officers in the nation, and is one of only 3.5 percent of African American chief operating officers in the U.S.
Instrumental to North End Teleservices’ rapid growth (the organization is No. 754 on the 2021 national Inc. 5000), Chris leads with equal parts commitment and heart, and follows a strategic imperative of “creating jobs and changing lives.”
His missional focus has allowed Chris to develop hundreds of talented staff in North End’s North Omaha headquarters. Plus, his ability to ensure employees have access to a host of career-growth opportunities, is as beneficial to the team he leads, as it is to the customers Chris serves.
While his business accomplishments are many, it is his holistic approach to life that feeds his servant heart. Chris believes in everyone. He consistently puts others before self, and he innovates solutions to challenging situations that create beneficial outcomes for all. He is the consummate professional, working hard for everyone’s success.
Chris is a member of the COO Network and Chief Operating Business Forum. He helps facilitate such North End Teleservices community-engagement activities as Native Omaha Days, participation in the Greater Omaha Chamber’s Commitment to Opportunity, Diversity and Equity and is highly engaged in Eastern Nebraska’s workforce development.
North End Teleservices was the 2021 “Innovation” recipient for the Greater Omaha Chamber’s Business Excellence Awards.
We are very excited to have Chris Philips join us!
